"Untrustworthy Service"
We purchased a bat, but they sent us the incorrect one. After returning it, we never received any updates. We tried calling and emailing, but there was no reply, and we ended up losing $130. Seriously, avoid this site.

"Terrible customer support experience"
You won't hear from them, that's for sure. Just like what others have said, I purchased something and then the price went down before it even arrived. I reached out via email to let them know I was returning it and wanted to buy it at the new price, but they completely ignored me... I’m never shopping here again; I should’ve checked the reviews first. There are way better places to buy stuff than this one.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!"
I really wish I had looked into this awful company before buying a bat for my daughter. I made my order on August 22. Two days later, I called to get a price adjustment since they had sent an email with a lower price. During that call, I also inquired about the bat's arrival and was told it should be here in a week. A week passed, and I called again, only to hear, "I'm not sure why it wasn't sent out. It will be going out and should arrive in a week." Another week went by, and still no bat. I called yesterday and discovered that the bat was out of stock. Seriously?! You couldn't have mentioned that during my previous two calls? All this time, they had put a hold on my account for the bat's price! They had my cash, and I had nothing to show for it. Then I was informed that it could take up to five days to release my funds! Are you serious?! That's ridiculous, and so is this company. The customer service was rude and condescending. Big shoutout to customer service rep Don and supervisor Mark for being total jerks! No worries, I reached out to Louisville Slugger to inform them about the kind of junk company selling their gear.
I will never buy anything from this company again and will make sure my friends steer clear too.

"Terrible Experience - My Order is Stuck..."
I've been hanging on for more than two weeks for my stuff (Still showing 'in Warehouse'). I called at 5 AM (Pacific Time), waited for thirty minutes, and finally got to speak with someone. She arranged for an overnight delivery of uniform pants for free, but that was a week back. They still haven't arrived...
